LOJIC planimetric and topographic mapping was prepared to National Map Accuracy Standards for 1"=100' scale mapping by Analytical Surveys, Inc., Colorado Springs, Colorado, using photogrammetric methods from aerial photography dated March 1986, April 1989, and March/April 1993. The five hundred foot grid is based on Kentucky State Plane Coordinate System North Zone and North American Datum 1983. Elevations based on National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.

The property data shown on this map was digitized from PVA block maps adjusted to LOJIC planimetric map data and has been updated from PVA records. The property data does not supersede deed records and should not be used for purposes other than general property reference and identification.

The floodway, flood limits and flood zones shown on this map are representations of digital map data created at a scale of 1" = 400’ by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as part of the National Flood Insurance Program and are published by FEMA in the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) for Jefferson County, Kentucky and Incorporated Areas.

The soil delineations and classifications shown on this map are representations of digital map data created at a scale of 1:15,840 by the Natural Resources Conservation Service and LOJIC, and are based on the Soil Survey, Jefferson County, Kentucky, June 1964.

The zoning information depicted on this map is for general reference use only. The imagery included herein was created from Spring 1996 aerial photography at a scale of 1" = 660' which was scanned and adjusted to approximately match existing features from the LOJIC digital planimetric/topographic map database. The imagery is not true orthophotography and contains scale distortions due to radial photo displacement and variations in surface elevation.

The orthophotographic imagery included herein was created from Spring 1997 aerial photography at a scale of 1" = 660' which was scanned and rectified using existing features and terrain elevation data from the LOJIC digital planimetric/topographic map database.

The MSD facility data included herein was created from MSD Engineering Record Drawings and represent only the approximate schematic locations of MSD facilities. MSD makes no warranties or representations expressed or implied, as to the accuracy and completeness of this data for any use whatsoever. Exact locations of MSD facilities must be verified in the field.
