Support
Technical support to members is offered
through faculty and staff at the Center for GIS. In the event the technical
support group can not answer your query, they will forward your request to the
technical support group at ESRI. Turnaround time from ESRI is usually less than
24 hours. Please submit your technical support query via email to one of the
following persons:
